Cyclist crash in Kirkland

A cyclist was involved in a crash on Friday morning while in Kirkland. The accident took place on Northeast 85th Street's eastbound lanes around midnight. According to investigators present at the scene, a 2021 black Mercedes collided with the cyclist. The injured cyclist was transported to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition. The road was closed for a few hours but reopened at 6 a.m. There's no update yet about the information of the cyclist, but one thing is for sure he got injured. I just hope he is well, although injured; hopefully, it's nothing major. I can't imagine how it feels, the pain that the person is currently experiencing. Read more
